Cairns Community Legal Centre Inc (the Centre) provides accessible legal services to disadvantaged people in the community. The Centre provides information and recommendations, legal advice and, in certain circumstances, ongoing case processing support. SLASS is available to the elderly, their carers (or service staff) less than an hour`s drive from Cairns. Elderly people who live outside this area can be cared for at the discretion of the center. Legal advice and support is usually provided by appointment; or if you cannot access SLASS, a telephone consultation can be arranged.
