If a name matches an entry in the database, people can be detained (or sometimes allowed to enter after surrendering their passport) until they can prove that the document does not apply to them. It is often possible to prove personal data by providing a copy of a birth certificate or other official document that can be used to compare parents` names to the database. You must have these types of receipts with you when you travel to Lebanon. The child must first be registered in the Swedish public register with the Swedish tax authorities. Parents and the child must go to the embassy to complete Swedish Tax Administration form SKV 7750.
