ExxonMobil aims to increase the number of women-led businesses in our global supply chain. We partner with WEConnect International, an organization that identifies, trains, registers, and certifies businesses outside the U.S. that are at least 51% owned by one or more women. We use WEConnect International`s database of women-owned businesses to identify potential suppliers. We also support WEConnect`s efforts to help women-owned businesses network, develop skills, learn about the needs of the oil and gas industry, and identify business opportunities. We support Indigenous businesses in Canada and Australia, as well as local businesses in the communities where we operate around the world, through our many local content programs. Entrepreneurs wishing to join the program must complete the EMNCFS application form (below) and return it to mpnprocurementsupport@exxonmobil.com. Upon notification of successful participation in the Program, the Entrepreneur may contact his/her bank (on which platform he/she joined the Program) to obtain loans at agreed interest rates in order to execute his/her valid ExxonMobil contracts or orders, subject to the credit assessment process of the respective bank.
