UPDATE: 5/17/21: The Ohio Department of Health has amended its remaining health order to comply with new CDC guidelines that allow vaccinated people to stop wearing masks. According to the CDC`s new guidelines, those who have not been vaccinated must still wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Ohio`s comprehensive health order, which still requires measures such as social distancing and rules for restaurants and bars, will remain in effect through June 2. UPDATE 6/2/21: Most of Ohio`s pandemic health regulations — mandatory masks, capacity limits and social distancing rules — expired as of June 2. Some orders will continue to address restrictions in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as COVID-19 data collection. The repeal of health orders does not prevent a company from imposing its own requirements if it so wishes. Unvaccinated Ohioans must continue to wear masks. A person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, or two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
