This article aims to consider, from the author`s point of view, a possible jurisprudential theory for the rational understanding of the legal system – the structuring theory of law. It is very important that knowledge of a legal system be based on the rules that might be called the “law of jurisdiction”. Of course, this is not legislation in the sense of an objective law. On the contrary, these laws can be described as certain laws, ignorance of which, however, would make legal decision-making impossible or much more difficult, both in legislation (since the so-called decision-making function is contained in the law itself1) and in the practical legal decision-making process (application of the law). In recent years, a concept of cooperation between linguists and lawyers has emerged in the discussion of jurisprudential methodology. It is an interdisciplinary approach to motivating legal decision-making and involves “practical semantics” and its researchers, on the one hand,2 and representatives of the so-called structuring theory of law, on the other.3 In the specialized literature, structuring legal theory is also called Müller Schoo.1.4 The role of language and linguistic arguments in the discussion and practice of legal working methods serves as a connecting principle in such an interdisciplinary approach (cooperation). This course allows students to explore careers in business while gaining skills applicable to any professional environment. Through a series of hands-on activities, students prepare legal documents, create a compliance plan, and discuss consumer protection issues. Regular engagement in active learning allows students to continually hone the skills needed to prepare them for work.
In addition, students assess the qualifications required for specific careers so that they can identify opportunities that interest them.
